Employees are required to complete a certain number of professional development hours annually by attending seminars, webcast presentations, courses offered through a college or university, or participating in programs offered through GP Strategies University (GPU).

- Core courses – To ensure a functional, diverse workforce that understands the importance of customer service and how individual performance is rated, four core courses have been developed that must be taken by all GP Strategies employees.
