Our Recruitment Process

There are multiple stages in the screening, interviewing, and hiring process.

  • Completion of an online application and resume submission
  • Phone screening with a GP Strategies Recruiter
  • Completion of a writing sample or skills test (when applicable)
  • On-site or virtual interview (all successful candidates are required to interview with multiple GP Strategies team members)

 

A successful candidate will have to undergo a background verification for the job recruitment process:

  • Education verification
  • Reference checks
  • Prior employment verification
  • MVA/driving record check (where applicable)
  • Drug screening (where applicable)
  • Criminal background checks (where applicable)
