In 2012, GP Strategies acquired BlessingWhite, a provider of leadership development and employee engagement solutions that translates business strategies into results for its customers. How? By developing more effective leaders and more engaged workforces. Since 1973, BlessingWhite has deployed award-winning proprietary leadership training content and employee engagement tools and services in over 33 countries.
In 2007, GP Strategies acquired Sandy Corporation, a leader in custom product sales training primarily for the Automotive industry, with custom product sales training, event launches, and customer experience programs that promote brand loyalty. GP Sandy, a division of GP Strategies, has an exceptional reputation for providing dealership product sales training solutions to the Automotive industry and has done so for more than 40 years.
Acquired in 2018, IC Axon develops science-driven custom sales training solutions for pharmaceutical and life science customers including pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech firms. Curriculum designs include a blend of print and digital pieces tailored to each client’s learning and deployment needs.
Lorien Engineering Solutions
Provider of engineering design and project management services with specific expertise in the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences industries. In 2013, GP Strategies acquired UK-based Lorien Engineering Solutions, an engineering design and project management services company, with specific expertise in the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences industries. Founded in 1985 with offices in Burton-on-Trent, UK and Wroclaw, Poland, the addition of Lorien Engineering Solutions to the GP Strategies family expanded the company’s design engineering expertise beyond the United States into the UK and Poland.
A results-driven global consultancy firm, that provides strategy-through-implementation services with a proven track record of delivering tangible improvements in clients’ business results. The 2017 acquisition expands GP Strategies’ solutions offerings, giving it the ability to leverage McKinney Rogers’ intellectual property and consulting methodologies to help its global client base meet strategic business goals.
