Through a series of acquisitions and mergers, GP Strategies has brought an array of companies into the fold, thereby extending our capabilities in global leadership training. The below brands go-to-market as “divisions” of the Company.

BlessingWhite

A global consulting firm and division of GP Strategies, dedicated to Leadership Development and Employee Engagement. In 2012, GP Strategies acquired BlessingWhite, a provider of leadership development and employee engagement solutions that translates business strategies into results for its customers. How? By developing more effective leaders and more engaged workforces. Since 1973, BlessingWhite has deployed award-winning proprietary leadership training content and employee engagement tools and services in over 33 countries.

Effective-People

A human capital management (HCM) solutions company and division of GP Strategies. In 2014, GP Strategies acquired Effective-People, a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, including sales and support of the full SuccessFactors Business Execution (BizX) platform, eLearning and blended learning solutions, as well as recruitment and employee development services. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Effective-People has performed over 160 cross-platform HCM implementations in over 70 countries.

Emantras

An innovative digital education company that provides engaging learning experiences and effective knowledge delivery through award-winning digital and mobile solutions.  The 2017 acquisition strengthens GP Strategies’ eLearning development capabilities, allowing it to better serve its customer base with the latest digital learning solutions.

GP Sandy

In 2007, GP Strategies acquired Sandy Corporation, a leader in custom product sales training primarily for the Automotive industry, with custom product sales training, event launches, and customer experience programs that promote brand loyalty. GP Sandy, a division of GP Strategies, has an exceptional reputation for providing dealership product sales training solutions to the Automotive industry and has done so for more than 40 years.

Lorien Engineering Solutions

Provider of engineering design and project management services with specific expertise in the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences industries. In 2013, GP Strategies acquired UK-based Lorien Engineering Solutions, an engineering design and project management services company, with specific expertise in the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences industries. Founded in 1985 with offices in Burton-on-Trent, UK and Wroclaw, Poland, the addition of Lorien Engineering Solutions to the GP Strategies family expanded the company’s design engineering expertise beyond the United States into the UK and Poland.

Maverick Solutions

Maverick Solutions, a division of GP Strategies, offers training for both on-premise and Cloud-based Oracle ERP and Business Intelligence systems. It is a Platinum Partner with Oracle, providing support throughout the product lifecycle, specializing in both project-team training and end-user adoption services. The 2017 acquisition extends GP Strategies’ ability to deliver ERP systems training and user adoption services to its healthcare customer base and expands into the higher education sector.

McKinney Rogers

A results-driven global consultancy firm, that provides strategy-through-implementation services with a proven track record of delivering tangible improvements in clients’ business results. The 2017 acquisition expands GP Strategies’ solutions offerings, giving it the ability to leverage McKinney Rogers’ intellectual property and consulting methodologies to help its global client base meet strategic business goals.
