General Physics Corporation Awarded Over $3.4 million in New Energy Work

Elkridge, MD. January 26, 2010 – GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX) announced today that its subsidiary, global performance improvement solutions provider General Physics Corporation (GP), was awarded over $3.4 million in new contracts at the close of 2009 for its Energy Services Workforce Development business unit to provide customized training services and content development for industry-leading power companies throughout the United States, including We Energies and Kansas City Power and Light. These new contracts require custom-tailored solutions that align with the company’s culture, equipment, processes and objectives to meet specific workforce development needs.
