With the addition of Prospero, GP Strategies’ Canadian operations now has more than 100 employees, strengthening GP Strategies’ ability to deliver custom learning solutions to Canadian customers. Prospero will operate as a part of GP Strategies’ Learning Solutions group and continue under the leadership of Lorne Novolker and Alan Ray. GP Strategies anticipates that the acquired business will be accretive to earnings per share in 2013.
