Change projects often fail—one reason is that the changes are not embedded in an organization and change leadership capacity is a key factor. We build change leadership capacity through developing change leaders in customized leadership development and in developing supported communities of practice. Many organizations have change and project management frameworks that are not fully used or embedded.
GP Strategies works within existing change frameworks or we provide our own, and we build greater capacity to make global change approaches work. We have been commissioned to review “how change actually works around here” and assess the cultural blocks to change, so we can develop leaders who can engage, influence, overcome resistance and make change stick in their culture. We coach leaders on live change challenges during transformational changes in peer groups and how to engage others in the best use of frameworks.
