Leading Leaders

It is important for leaders to understand the ways in which they inspire their people and support other leaders to lead. They need to be capable of building high-performing leadership teams. At this level, they also play a crucial role in leading across their multiple stakeholders and leading their part of the business ecosystem with a global perspective.

Networked and collaborative leadership replaces heroic leadership models and requires leaders to be developers of others. It’s useful for leaders to be aware of the different stages of vertical development so they can understand their own needs as a leader and the needs of others.

We typically help leaders map their own ecosystem and the key roles and relationships they need to address.
