This event is at capacity.
As AI becomes available to every company and every employee at every level, what will actually differentiate one organization from another?
Competitive advantage may increasingly depend on something harder to replicate: the quality of individual discernment, the strength of organizational culture, and the ability to align people around strategy in the flow of work.
To explore this challenge, Karie Willyerd (Head of Strategic Engagements at GP Strategies, Advisor and former CLO) is delighted to host a private dinner conversation with Joel Podolny, founding Dean of Apple University and former Dean of the Yale School of Management, who spent more than a decade helping shape how Apple developed leadership, judgment, and culture at scale.
Joel and Karie will lead a discussion with a small group of Chief Learning Officers, Chief People Officers, and senior talent leaders around a question many of us are grappling with:
How do we develop judgment, culture, and leadership capability at the pace AI is being adopted?
This will be an intimate, peer-to-peer discussion rather than a presentation. We estimate we will have approximately 15 senior leaders who are actively shaping the future of their organizations.
