She has more than 15 years’ experience of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and management consulting, through organizational culture change work in a variety of different sectors. Suzanne has an in-depth knowledge of how organizations express their ethos – from an external corporate social responsibility lens as well as how that is reflected internally through employee engagement and sustained DEI commitments. She specializes in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of the DEI culture at organizations to inform strategic planning, implement learning and development initiatives, and support embedding equity throughout client organizations.
