Digital Leadership Program Empowers Managers with Confidence and Essential Skills
A disability and life insurance provider needed to close a gap in its leadership training — equipping new managers transitioning from individual contributor roles while continuing to develop experienced people leaders. GP Strategies designed a nine-week blended leadership development program covering coaching, change management, and delegation, delivered through a mix of virtual instructor-led sessions, gamified digital learning, peer discussion, and in-person practice activities. The program was extended beyond its initial cohort to all people managers across the organization and continues to run four times per year.
