As AI handles more analysis, this module of the VITAL Leadership Series focuses on the thinking skills only humans can bring. This module builds confidence in using data to make better decisions. Business Acumen – Enterprise Challenge
Abilitie’s Enterprise Challenge is a team-based simulation that immerses leaders in complex, enterprise-wide decisions where alignment, strategy, and judgment matter as much as analytics.
You and your teammates will operate as the executive team of a company tasked with developing, producing, and marketing a new technology while competing with your peers for share in a dynamic and competitive market. During the experience, you will face tough business challenges and confront real-world dilemmas that test your strategic thinking, decision-making skills, and ability to work as a team while balancing your company’s strategy, financial performance, and future potential growth. Do you have what it takes?
You must complete session one on September 30 to have access to session two.
