Courageous Conversations
The Courageous Conversations workshop equips leaders with the skills to navigate sensitive discussions with confidence and care. In today’s complex and dispersed workplaces, avoiding difficult conversations can lead to misalignment, reduced performance, and strained relationships. Participants explore what makes a conversation courageous, why these discussions matter, and how to approach them constructively. The session builds key communication skills—such as active listening, effective questioning, and reading body language—while introducing practical tools like the TED (Tell Me, Explain, Describe) model and the “Big 12” practices of empathy, emotion, and respect. Through guided preparation and reflection, participants leave with actionable strategies to address tough issues directly, build trust, and foster a culture of open, respectful dialogue.

Mental Resilience
The Mental Resilience workshop helps individuals build the confidence and capacity to navigate stress and change with optimism. As challenges arise in the workplace, resilience becomes essential for maintaining focus, well-being, and performance. Participants explore the concept of the “Good Zone,” learning to recognize early signs of stress and the impact of operating outside their optimal state. They assess their current resilience levels and distinguish between mental health and mental resilience. The session introduces practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, supported by insights from neuroscience. By the end, participants will have strategies to strengthen their resilience, improve coping skills, and maintain a positive mindset in the face of uncertainty.

By fostering a culture of accountability and developmental dialogue, teams can drive stronger results and build lasting trust. Participants explore key skills for virtual collaboration using the 7Psframework and learn how to engage in impactful conversations grounded in empathy, active listening, and generosity. The EC2 model—Explore, Collaborate, Commit—guides everyday performance discussions that promote shared responsibility and continuous improvement. Through practical tools and action planning, participants leave with strategies to elevate peer-to-peer performance and contribute to a more connected, high-performingteam culture.
