This year is the first time HRO Today solicited the input of buyers to rank learning outsourcing providers. Buyers were asked to participate in an online, anonymous survey regarding their experience with their current service provider. The survey measured user satisfaction along with breadth and quality of service and deal size, along with other criteria. HRO Today only ranked providers where they were able to compile enough statistically valid customer data.
