Elkridge, MD. February 19, 2009 – Global performance improvement solutions provider General Physics Corporation (GP), a subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX), announced that HRO Today has named GP in its Baker’s Dozen, an annual list that recognizes the top providers in the learning outsourcing industry.
This year is the first time HRO Today solicited the input of buyers to rank learning outsourcing providers. Buyers were asked to participate in an online, anonymous survey regarding their experience with their current service provider. The survey measured user satisfaction along with breadth and quality of service and deal size, along with other criteria. HRO Today only ranked providers where they were able to compile enough statistically valid customer data.
“We are proud to be selected for the second consecutive year as one of the top learning outsourcing companies by HRO Today. This year’s award is significant because we were selected based on input from our customers. GP’s learning outsourcing practice strives to continuously exceed customer expectations. Being selected for the HRO Today Baker’s Dozen honor reiterates the importance we place on customer satisfaction,” says Don Duquette, Executive Vice President for GP.
