Emantras highlights:
- Founded in 2000 with offices in Fremont, California and Chennai, India
- As an expert eLearning content development provider, creates learning material for publishing on mobile phones, tablets, widgets, gaming devices and portals
- Holds a diverse customer base including K-12, Higher Education, Global 500 and other commercial companies
- Generated revenues of approximately $3M in its most recent fiscal year
- Employs approximately 130 people in Chennai, India
This acquisition strengthens GP Strategies' eLearning development capabilities, allowing it to better serve its customer base with the latest digital learning solutions. Emantras will operate as part of GP Strategies' Learning Solutions segment.
