Javier Rozo

Javier Rozo has served as the Vice President of GP Strategies’ operations in Latin America since 2005. He has been in the organization for more than 20 years and has extensive experience with learning and workforce transformation services implementation. He leads the development of comprehensive business plans for the region, manages the customer relationships, and through his leadership inspires actions to ensure customer satisfaction. His previous experience comes from the automotive sector in South America in the areas of sales and manufacturing. Mr. Rozo holds an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
