Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program

Learn how to apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction.

GP Strategies offers an interactive and engaging virtual course that will equip you with the skills and tools to tackle process-based problems in any industry. You will learn how to blend statistical techniques with change and project management skills to deliver measurable results for your organization.
