Leadership Training Program: Handling Conflict
Refine critical skills and behaviors to effectively manage conflict. After completing this course, learners will be able to recognize the five styles of conflict resolution and how to best adapt their approach to a conflict situation. They’ll implement new techniques for managing emotions during conflict, use active-listening skills to improve the working environment, and apply assertive language techniques to express their needs and respect the needs of others.
