Inclusive Talent Management

Description

As leaders work toward a culture of inclusion and belonging, their actions must be intentional and proactive. This course helps leaders identify gaps across hiring, development, succession planning, and more. Participants will learn how bias and lack of inclusion affect talent management practices. They’ll partner with peers to determine immediate and future actions for improvement and sustainment.
